Suturing Workshop

On July 13th AMSA hosted their 2nd Suturing
Workshop of the year at SCIMDCOM. Our very own
Dr. Omar (who regularly teaches Introduction
to Clinical Medicine) led the workshop and began
by teaching the participants the basics of suturing.
After his presentation Dr. Omar played videos
of real-life operations and the methods doctors
use to close incisions. The workshop lasted
about an hour and a half. Participants were
supplied with their own suturing tools and material
on which to practice. The event was again a
success and we would like to extend a big "Thank
You" to Dr. Omar for all his shared knowledge
and efforts!
